Ulthera™
 Ultherapy™ (Ulthera) is a nonsurgical treatment that can effectively lift and tighten the tissues in the face and neck using ultrasound energy, a new style of treatment known as noninvasive tissue lifting. This advanced procedure targets the deep layers of tissue normally adjusted during a facelift or neck lift, heating them with the system's sound waves and stimulating the production of collagen to achieve a slimmer, more youthful appearance. It can be used to treat sagging skin on the cheeks and neck while leaving the surface of the skin intact.
During the Ultherapy procedure, an applicator will be placed on the skin to allow your doctor to visualize the treatment area, before delivering low-level focused heat to the deep layers of the skin in order to produce noticeable results. There may be some mild discomfort during the procedure, but this is a signal that new collagen production has begun, and most patients are able to tolerate it well.
The Ultherapy procedure takes just 30 to 60 minutes to perform in the doctor's office, and involves no downtime, minimal side effects and gradual, natural-looking results. Patients will be able to return to work and their regular activities immediately after treatment, although the skin may appear slightly flushed for about an hour. Initial results are visible immediately after the Ultherapy treatment, but true lifting occurs over the next two to three months, as worn collagen is replaced with the stronger collagen produced from this procedure.
In order to achieve their desired results, some patients may need to undergo more than one treatment. Your doctor will develop a customized treatment plan for you based on a thorough evaluation
of your skin’s condition and a discussion of your treatment goals. Many patients choose this procedure to correct early signs of aging or to postpone the need for surgery.

Combination Treatments
Dr. Anna Guanche specializes in combination treatments. One favorite is the VBJ-Vbeam and Jessner's peel. The laser addresses fine lines (nonablative rejuvenation by inducing collagen healing factors) and tiny broken blood vessels that can mar the complexion. The peel addresses surface dullness of the skin, brown spots or melasma. Together the treatments work synergistically to produce beautiful results!
Another favorite is the Restylane®-BOTOX® combo. This is a mini-makeover! The upper face is smoother with a more pleasant and serene appearance, while the youthful volume in the lower face is restored.
Thread lifting of the lower face combined with an eyelid lift is also a popular combination, for more permanent results.
